Nita Lopez | | I would like to welcome all new members. I think this would be great time to reintroduce ourselves to everyone.
Hi everyone,
I am Nita Lopez and list owner. I am happily married for 18 years now!! Woozers, where did the time go. I have three children. My daughter Stacey is 30 years old and still single. My oldest son is 27 years old and happily serving our country, in the National Guard; he deploys soon for his third trip to Iraq. And my youngest son is 16 years old going on forty, if you know what I mean.
My oldest son Aaron has given us two beautiful grand babies. Anthony is eight years old and Aedin is six months old. The joys of our life at the moment.
We have an American Staffordshire Terrier female champion. Lady just turn 11 years old. And then there is Dusty, a Silver Point Himalayan tom, need I say any more. He has a 75lb dog cowering to him.
I am a crohns survivor. In 2000, I had complications during a routine colonoscopy and ended up in ICU and experienced a 3 minute death. I have fought hard to recover from total parallelization to walking with a walker, typing with two fingers, educating others about hormone balance, proper nutrition, running an in home business, and I have recently returned to school to get my MS in Holistic nutrition.
I am very passionate about total body health. If we learn how to stay healthy before we get ill; the return from illness to healthy wouldn't be as hard or as long. If only had I been offered the chance to talk to a nutritionalist.... I know I wouldn't of gone through what I experienced. It is with sincere hope that I can help others to stay healthy and not go through what I and my poor family experienced.

Collene Anderson Kangen Water and Mona Vie | | Hello all,
My name is Collene Anderson. I have been married for 19 years (Holy Cow) where does the time go???? I have 1 daughter who will be 10 in a couple of weeks.
I have switched my family's water over to Kangen water. Since switching we have been living healthier. We use the water to de-grease all of our fruits and vegetables and also to kill all harmful bacteria on our food.
I am looking forward to hearing other experiences the natural way.
