Have you taken your pH test yet?

Look at these statistics:

you're acidic. In addition, over acidity will decrease the body's ability to absorb
minerals and other nutrients, decrease energy production in the cells, decrease ability
to repair damaged cells, decrease its ability to detoxify heavy metals, make tumor
cells thrive and make you more susceptible to fatigue and illness.

One of the best things we can do for ourselves and our body is to
clean up our diet and our lifestyle... Balancing your pH is a major step toward well-being
and greater health.

Over acidity is very common today in our society mostly due to the
typical American diet, which is far too high in acid-producing products like meat, eggs, and
dairy, and far too low in alkaline producing foods like vegetables, whole grains, oils,
sprouts, and water. In addition, we eat acid producing processed foods like white flour and
refined sugar and drink acid producing drinks like soda, coffee, and processed juices.
Did you know that it takes 32 glasses of water to neutralize ONE 12oz. can of Soda! We use
too many 'over the counter' and prescription drugs, which are also acid forming.

How do you know if you're acidic? The easiest way is to use pH test
strips - first discover how acidic you are, then begin the process of alkalizing yourself to
regain health, energy, and vitality.

The pH, or "potential of Hydrogen" is a logarithmic scale that
measures the relative acidity or alkalinity of a solution. Solutions are measured from 0 (totally
acid) to 14 (totally alkaline) with 7 being neutral. The optimum pH in a healthy body is
slightly alkaline and should fall within an approximate range of 7.15 to 7.45. The human
body is constantly struggling to maintain a healthy alkaline pH level because of what is
being put in it - but there are easy ways you can come to the rescue.

Eating right and some basic exercise is a good place to start. Our
daily activities make it very hard to maintain the proper alkaline level. Thankfully there are
some incredible supplements on the market. They're easy to take and always there to
support your body's demands.

Our bodies are constantly rebuilding themselves. You really are not
the same person you were last year. The body replaces the lining of the stomach about
every five days, the skin in about a month, the skeleton about every three months, the liver
about every six weeks and the red blood cells circulate for about 120 days before being
replaced by new cells.

What you do today affects the body you'll have tomorrow. That can be
good or bad...it all depends on what you do now. The new body that you're building today
is affected by the food you eat, by the air you breath, the liquids you drink, and by
the stress you feel and how you respond to it.

A long-term acid producing diet creates an acidic environment at the
cellular level. If cells cannot function properly, you cease to function. On the other hand, a
healthy alkaline diet creates an environment that is conducive to cellular level health,
which results in total health.

Start at the source or anything you try will just be a quick fix that will not last.

Just to let you know.....I've lost probably 9 pounds in the past two
months or so....using a
lot of your information. I'm juicing fruits and vegetables as well,
exercising on a machine I
bought recently....making an attempt at taking salads to work when at
all possible....all in
all...I'm probably doing 50% or better alkaline foods. I also crave
green drinks! Sometimes
while running errands it seems like my body just says...hey! you need
something and it's

One of the best things we can do for ourselves and our body is to
clean up our diet and
our lifestyle...Balancing your pH is a major step toward well-being

Even if we lived in an ideal world and we had access to all the fresh
nutrient rich foods we
could eat, there would still be a place for supplements. I think they
are a necessity
nowadays.

Foods today do not have the same nutritional value they once did.
Farmland pales in
comparison to the rich soil it once was.

Over time a huge nutritional deficiency has taken place. You can
imagine, if most food
straight from the farm is lacking, food that is mass produced is...
well shall we say
'severely lacking'.

The good news is along with all the modern negatives there are tons
of modern positives.
The ability to take a blast of Mega-nutrients was unheard (and some
would argue
unnecessary) back in the day. But what people are now realizing is
they have to take
control of their own health. You cannot rely on ANYONE except YOU to
decide what is best
for YOU.

Of course the smartest and most logical action is to eat well AND
exercise AND take
supplements. Leave one out and your not really at your peak and
definitely not giving your
body the best chance at helping itself heal or stay strong or fend
off dis-ease.

I have been using the Green Qi and I was at the most dangerous level
of
Acid pH---it is slowly climbing into a safe zone. We spend years
getting
to this postion, so I guess a few weeks to see results is not too much
