Hi Wendy:
You are right about the toxins in the environment, home and in our bodies. I have a new book that may be of interest to you since you say you want to have a healthier lifestyle. My book "Healthy Holistic Aging: A Blueprint for Success" looks at maintaing health and wellness using a 6 fold approach consisting of health (physical, mental, and spiritual) relationships, environment, and politics all of which influence our health. I am a nurse with a doctorate in Public Health and 55 years of practice and education and starting using this approach personally and with clients when I was diagnosed with lung cancer and given 6 months to live and that was 30 years ago. Using this approach I am now 75 and have no chronic illnesses and take no prescribed medications. I think that speaks well for the strategies I outline.
