We definitely need to keep our children safe! Not only do we need to not smoke around them, we also need to make sure we have around homecare products that are not filled with toxins.

Another thing that is important to do is to teach them to make good choices everyday. We teach them to say "no" to drugs, but are we teaching them to choose wisely when it comes to fitness and health? We need to teach them by word and example. It's very important. They ARE listening and watching us!
