Never doubt that a few thoughtful, committed people can change the world.
That is my focus for “Let Your Sunshine In”, here on Ryze.
Many studies show that respiratory and intestinal diseases and infections among swimmers rise steadily in step with
the amount of sewage pollution in our waters.
Children are exposed to serious health risks from environmental hazards.
Education about the special susceptibility of children to environmental risks:
We need to take action to allow them to grow up and develop in good health,and to contribute to economic and social development.
Obesity, add to concerns that the growing number of children who are born heavy or gain weight quickly in early life
are likelier to face future health problems, including obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, and possibly asthma.
Overweight and obesity substantially raise the risk of illness from high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, heart disease and stroke, gallbladder disease, arthritis, sleep disturbances and problems breathing, and certain types of cancers. Obese individuals also may suffer from social stigmatization, discrimination, and lowered self-esteem.
A major factor are environmental chemicals in our food, water and air - heavy metals, herbicides, pesticides, plastics and many other poisons - that mimic estrogen once they enter our body causes hormone imbalance. We are seeing the affects on our unborn babies, children, women and men.
This is an invitation to learn about Menopause and other Health issues, where women and men can coming together and
share their knowledge with others about their experience, with Natural Alternatives to hormone replacement therapy.
This is not our Mother's Menopause, today all we have to do is educate ourselves and make intelligent choices on how we want to support
our body during this time of life.
I do not believe that our Lord Jesus Christ never intended for the world to become so sick.
I believe it is up to us to make a change.
